Returns and exchanges

• We are not responsible for bad use of hair color, bleach or color related products at home and misuse of all other hair products. For a personalized and in-depth advice, we suggest a visit to one of our shops and talk to a specialized color technician.
• We do not guarantee hair extensions that have been treated with staining and / or discoloration and / or cutting. We do not guarantee the result of home-made treatments with extensions.
• In the event of a defect in electrical article, Éléganza agrees to replace the article free of charge within the first 90 days. Thereafter, a $ 10 fee will be charged to the customer to cover the cost of transportation and handling for the return to the supplier. It should be noted that breakage due to mishandling of the customer is not covered by this warranty.
