Exchange and return policy 

If you are not satisfied with your flat iron, curling iron or hair dryer, you have 7 days to return it for an exchange or a full refund. The heating tool and its packaging must be in perfect condition. You must have your receipt as well as the box and accessories.


When you return an item to the store where you purchased it, you have the option of receiving a refund on the payment method used at the time of purchase, you have the flexibility of exchanging the item or receiving a gift card of the return’s value at any other Eleganza store. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we feel it does not meet our conditions.


If you wish to make a return by mail, you must contact customer service by clicking on the following link Returns and satisfaction - Éléganza in order to receive instructions for returning the product to our warehouse, which will be done at your expense.


*Exceptions: all our heated brushes, dryer brushes, Miracurl, SteamPod, heated rollers, clippers or any other appliance that must be used with a liquid cannot be exchanged or refunded once they have been used.


If you have made a mistake with your purchase, you have 7 days to inform us and proceed with an exchange. Your product must be undamaged and unused, and you must have your invoice with you.


Both in our store and on our website, all items are considered final sale for hygiene reasons. This includes but is not limited to: hair products, wigs, extensions, brushes, combs, make-up, nail polish, beauty products, accessories, scissors and jewelry. Items with orange price tags, items on sale or liquidation, gifts with purchase and customized items are also final sale. This means that these items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.


Our promotional codes are web-exclusive, unless otherwise specified. They cannot be applied to previous purchases or to products on sale. You cannot combine two promotional codes in the same order.


*Due to their pricing policy, unless otherwise specified, promotional codes cannot be applied to certain companies, including Moroccanoil.


Éléganza reserves the right to revise any inaccurate price or description, and to cancel or refuse any order containing an inaccurate price or description. These corrections may be made after the order has been accepted. The price of each product is based on it’s size in volume and not on it’s image/picture.


Éléganza cannot be held responsible for damage of any kind that may result from misuse of products, colorations, accessories or tools. Furthermore, as we do not know the hair care history of our customers' hair, we cannot guarantee the desired result.

Éléganza cannot assume responsibility for anyone who does not like the products purchased online or in store. Given that each individual may react differently to the use of a product, influenced by various factors over which we have no control, we cannot guarantee customer satisfaction. However, please do not hesitate to contact us via our various channels for more personalized advice.


Since we frequently offer surprise discounts at Éléganza, no retroactive refund will be granted for a product purchased at the regular price and subsequently discounted.


The availability, price and promotions offered on certain products online may vary from those offered in stores.
