Over the coming months, more than 400 Jean Coutu and Brunet locations will open their doors to this unique concept, the first of its kind in Quebec. A Smart Mirror for a Customized Experience
What makes the Éléganza professional Space truly unique is its smart mirror. This mirror analyzes your hair type, density, and thickness to recommend a personalized hair care routine. In just a glance, it guides you toward the products best suited to your needs while providing a customized routine. The smart mirror is already available in three locations: Jean Coutu Sainte-Julie, Jean Coutu Saint-Hyacinthe, and Brunet Saint-Apollinaire. Starting in 2025, it will be installed in additional locations. For those without a smart mirror yet, a QR code is available in the Éléganza professional Space. By scanning it, you’ll gain access to a team of expert advisors ready to offer personalized advice instantly.
For now, the Éléganza professional Space is in its temporary version until mid-December. We invite you to visit a location near you to see if the concept has already been installed. The best is yet to come! The permanent version will arrive in 2025, featuring sophisticated lighting and the smart mirror for an even more comprehensive experience.
A concept that is just beginning to evolve
We are constantly working to integrate new products, brands, and additional services into the mirror. Among the innovations we aim to introduce in the future is a salon locator, allowing you to find nearby hair salons easily. This feature aligns with the vision of the Éléganza professional Space, which seeks to complement the services offered in salons. Additionally, we plan to include practical hair care advice videos from professional stylists, directly accessible through the mirror. Finally, we aim to add a real-time consultation service via the mirror, enabling you to speak directly with an expert through video for tailored advice. As you can see, this is just the beginning of a beautiful project!
