Warranty Policy
· At Éléganza, we guarantee all our electrical appliances for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless an additional manufacturer's warranty applies. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that it does not cover breakage caused by mishandling, improper use, lack of maintenance, or any physical damage that occurred after purchase. *

- If your device purchased from our online store is defective, simply click on the following link Returns and Satisfaction – Éléganza to contact our customer service department. There you will find all the necessary instructions to return the device to our warehouse and obtain an exchange or refund.
* Presentation of the original invoice and approval of the breakage by authorized personnel is mandatory.
- If one of your products arrives damaged (due to a manufacturing defect or during shipping), you have 5 days after receiving your order to notify us. Simply write to us at info@groupeeleganza.ca. It is important to check your products as soon as you receive them. To speed up the process, please feel free to send us photos of the damaged product.
If you purchased the product in a store, simply return it to the same location where you purchased it within the same time frame mentioned above for an exchange.
- We are not responsible for coloring or discoloration errors at home, nor for the incorrect use of our other hair products. For personalized and in-depth advice, we recommend visiting one of our stores and consulting one of our expert colorists. We also do not guarantee hair extensions that have been shampooed, colored, bleached, cut, or treated at home.
