At Éléganza, we guarantee all our electrical appliances for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless an additional manufacturer's warranty applies. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that this warranty does not cover breakage caused by mishandling, misuse, lack of maintenance or physical damage after purchase.
If your device purchased from our online store has a defect, simply click on the following Returns & Satisfaction - Eleganza link to contact our customer service department. You'll find all the instructions you need to return the device to our warehouse for an exchange or refund.
* Presentation of the original invoice and approval of the breakage by authorized personnel is mandatory.
If one of your products unfortunately arrives broken (due to a manufacturing defect or during transport), you have 5 days after receipt of your order to inform us. Simply write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It's important to check your products as soon as you receive them. To speed up the process, please send us photos of the damaged product.
If you bought the product in-store, simply return it to the same place where you bought it within the same timeframe mentioned above for an exchange.
We are not responsible for mistakes made when hair coloring and/or bleaching at home, nor for the incorrect use of our other hair care products. For in-depth, personalized advice, we recommend that you visit one of our boutiques and speak to one of our expert colorists. Nor do we guarantee hair extensions that have been shampooed, colored and/or bleached and/or cut, or the results of home treatments to extensions.
