Returns and Exchanges

Satisfaction Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your flat iron, curling iron, or hair dryer, you have seven (7) days to return your device to us for an exchange or a gift card refund. The tool and its packaging must be in perfect condition. You must have your receipt, the box, and all accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our conditions. *

If you wish to return an item by mail, please contact customer service by clicking on the following link: Returns and Satisfaction - Éléganza, to receive instructions on how to return the device to our warehouse. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.

*Exceptions: heated brushes, blow dry brushes, Miracurl, StyleSwitch Multi Styler, SteamPod, Steam Styler, heated rollers, clippers, and any device requiring the use of liquid cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Both in-store and on our website, all of these items are considered final sales for hygiene reasons. This includes, but is not limited to: hair products, Station Recharge products, hair prostheses, extensions, brushes, combs, makeup, nail polish, beauty products, accessories, scissors, and jewelry.

 

  • Items with orange price tags, sale or clearance items, gifts with purchase, and personalized or custom-made items are also final sales. This means that these items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

 

  • Our promotional codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or sale items. You cannot combine two promotional codes on the same order.

*Due to their pricing policy, unless otherwise noted, promotional codes cannot be applied to certain companies, including Moroccanoil.

  • Éléganza reserves the right to correct any inaccurate prices or descriptions and to cancel or refuse an order for items with pricing or description errors. These corrections may be made after an order has been accepted. The price of each product is determined based on its size, not the photo displayed.
  • Éléganza cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind resulting from the misuse of products, hair colors, accessories, or tools. Furthermore, as we do not know our customers' hair styling or treatment history, we cannot guarantee the desired results.
  • In the event of a severe allergic reaction, please contact us by email at info@groupeeleganza.ca or by phone at 1-833-570-5676 to let us know.
  • Éléganza cannot be held responsible if a person does not like the products purchased online or in-store. As each individual may react differently to the use of a product due to various factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee customer satisfaction. However, please feel free to contact us through our various channels for personalized advice.
  • Since Éléganza frequently offers surprise discounts, no retroactive refunds will be given for products purchased at regular price that are subsequently discounted.
  • Availability, prices, and promotions offered online may differ from those offered in stores.
  • To find out if your product is eligible for return, please contact customer service by email at info@groupeeleganza.ca, mentioning the order number and the name of the item.
