Shipping policy

At Éléganza, we attach great importance to the rapid preparation of your orders. Once your order has been confirmed, we will carefully prepare your parcel within 1 to 3 working days. Please note that this period may be extended for various reasons, such as:

  • If our warehouse is out of stock, we will ship the product from one of our sales outlets.
  • Carriers (Canada Post, Nationex, etc.) may experience additional delivery delays due to high demand.
  • During high-traffic periods, e.g. Black Friday, holiday season, various promotions.

Nevertheless, rest assured that we will do our utmost to ensure that your parcel reaches you within this short timeframe.

If the customer provides an incorrect address (e.g.: apartment number not indicated) and the package is returned to the Eleganza shipping center, the customer must pay the shipping costs so that we can reship the package. If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package is delivered to this address, Eléganza will not be held responsible. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their information is correct.

Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number allowing you to follow your delivery during transit

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, except on Canadian statutory holidays*.

For free delivery in Canada, certain conditions apply and some locations are not eligible for this promotion: Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories.

*List of statutory holidays: New Year's Day (January 1), Good Friday and/or Easter Monday, Bastille Day (June 24), Canada Day (July 1), Thanksgiving (2nd Monday in October) and Christmas Day (December 25).
