Shipping Policy

 

At Éléganza, we place great importance on the speed with which your orders are prepared. Once your order has been confirmed, we undertake to prepare your package with care within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that this timeframe may be extended for various reasons:

  • If an item is out of stock at our warehouse, we will ship the product from one of our points of sale;
  • Carriers (Nationex, Purolator, Canpar, etc.) may experience additional delivery delays due to high demand;
  • During busy periods, such as Black Friday, the holiday season, and various promotions.

Nevertheless, rest assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure that your package reaches you as quickly as possible.

If the customer provides an incorrect address (e.g., missing apartment number) and the package is returned to the Éléganza shipping center, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs. If the package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Éléganza cannot be held responsible. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their information is accurate.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track your delivery during transit.

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except on Canadian holidays.*

Free shipping:

  • Quebec: on purchases of $59 or more before taxes**
  • New Brunswick, Ontario, and British Columbia: on purchases of $99 or more before taxes**
  • Prince Edward Island, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba: on purchases of $149 or more before taxes**
  • Free shipping is not available in Canada's northern territories.

 

Same-day express shipping

To be eligible for same-day express shipping, your address must be located in an area covered by Eva shipping. If so, the option will automatically appear at checkout in the “Shipping Method” section. Please note that if your local branch does not have the products in stock, this option will not be available, even if your address is eligible.

To take advantage of same-day express delivery, your order must be placed at least one (1) hour before our stores close. If this deadline is met, your order will be delivered in less than three (3) hours. Otherwise, it will be delivered the next day.

Same-day delivery fees

  • Free for purchases of $99 or more before taxes
  • $10 for orders between $59 and $98
  • $20 for orders of $58 or less


Order Tracking

A confirmation email with a tracking link and number will be sent when your order ships. Standard carriers provide regular tracking, while local deliveries include real-time tracking on the day of delivery.

Please check your spam or junk folder if needed.

 

*Free delivery is not available in northern Canada.

**Some remote areas may not be eligible for this promotion.
