Yes, free shipping is available on orders of:

• $59 before tax in Quebec
• $99 before tax in Ontario, New Brunswick, and British Columbia
• $149 before tax in other provinces (excluding northern territories)

Some remote areas may not qualify for free shipping.

Yes, in certain areas covered by our partner Eva. The option will automatically appear at checkout if your address is eligible. Orders placed at least one hour before our locations close are delivered in under 3 hours.

Certain products (flat irons, curling irons, hair dryers) may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. To initiate an online return, contact us at info@groupeeleganza.ca with your order number.

We guarantee all our electrical appliances* for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless an additional manufacturer's warranty applies. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The original receipt is required. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.

If an item arrives broken, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@groupeeleganza.ca and include photos. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Our promotional codes are reserved for online purchases only, unless otherwise indicated. They cannot be combined with other codes or applied to sale items.
