• $59 before tax in Québec
• $99 before tax in Ontario, New Brunswick, and British Columbia
• $149 before tax in other provinces (excluding northern territories)

Some products (flat irons, curling irons, dryers) can be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

All our electrical appliances come with a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The original receipt is required. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@groupeeleganza.ca, attaching photos of the product.

We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
