Apply shampoo to wet hair and gently massage into scalp and hair, then lather for 1 minute and rinse thoroughly. After cleansing, distribute conditioner over scalp and hair, leave on for 1-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Finally, apply the treatment directly to the entire scalp, massage and style as usual.
