Step 1: Wash your hair
Ok… it may seem funny to say, but to achieve a successful blow-dry, you have to start off on a good basis. 😉
Start by making a good shampoo adapted to your hair type.
Wring out the excess water with a towel.

Step 2: Apply a volumizing product
If you want a light, natural, no-hold effect, like the perfect imperfect mom, use one or two pumps (depending on the length of your hair) of Brand With a Heart OMG Volumizing Leave-In Conditioner. First spread the product in your hands, then apply it evenly throughout your hair. To do this, you can use a brush.
If your hair is very fine and crushes easily, you could use another volumizing product with a little more hold. A mousse, for example.
Step 3: Separate Hair into Sections
For blow-drying to be successful, it must be done in stages, from bottom to top.
You must therefore make a first horizontal separation at the bottom of the neck, and hold the rest of the hair with a clip.
In order to protect your hair from the heat, spray a thermal protectant on the section you are about to dry.
Step 4: We dry
The time has come to bring out the magic tool: the rotating heated ionic brush from BabylissPRO.
You have to use it a bit like a round brush, placing it under the strand that you want to dry. The beauty of it? You don't have to hold a dryer at the same time as you handle the brush: it does all the work... or almost. 😉
All you have to do is make it “travel” from root to tip, so that it dries your hair evenly.
Step 5: We continue the blow-drying
Once the first section is dried, drop another section (about 1 inch thick) of damp hair, spray with thermal protectant, and dry it the same way as the previous section.
Repeat until all hair is dry.
By doing it this way, you will get a salon-style blow-dry, and it will last much longer than when you don't dry your hair by floors.

If you want your blow-dry to last as long as possible, you could now apply a hairspray, ideally with protection against humidity.
