Step 1: Cover your natural nail with each nail prosthesis to find the perfect size, making sure to align the number with the tip of your natural nail. Step 2: Create customized shapes and lengths using the Shape Up side of your file. Step 3: Trim or file your nails if necessary and lightly polish their surfaces. Remove dust and debris with the Prep to xPRESS pad, then gently push back cuticles. Step 4: Remove the glue cap and gently squeeze the bottle. For longer-lasting hold, apply the glue to the back of the nail to be pressed and to the natural nail. For short-term use, apply glue only to the nail to be pressed. To remove: Soak your nails in warm water for 10 minutes and apply a small amount of acetone to the base of the nail using a cotton swab. Then gently lift the nail extensions with your cuticle stick.
