Oligo's Blacklight Hydrating Shine Oil is a lightweight oil inspired by cosmetic and nutritional science, designed to hydrate, smooth, and enhance blonde or bleached hair, whether applied to damp or dry hair. Enriched with hyaluronic acid, avocado oil, rice bran oil, and hemp oil, it softens the hair shaft, controls frizz and flyaways, and provides radiant shine all day long—free of sulfates, parabens, and formaldehyde.

How to Use

Place a small amount of oil in the palms of your hands and apply it from the roots to the ends of your hair. Can be used on wet or dry hair. Use as often as needed.
