After shampooing, apply the mask to lightly towel-dried hair. Leave on for 5-7 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use once a week, or as needed. It can also be used in place of conditioner with every shampoo for extra hydration. For intensive treatment, apply the mask to dry hair for a few hours or leave it on overnight.
