Adjust the temperature dial to reach the appropriate level for your hair type. You can set the temperature between 250°F (121°C) and 450°F (238°C). Fine, fragile hair: 121°C - 149°C (250°F – 300°F) Normal hair: 149°C - 204°C (300°F – 400°F) Large, thick hair: 204 °C - 238 °C (400°F – 450°F) *Temperatures are approximate suggestions and may differ from iron to iron as well as from person to person.
