Get Punked with Punky Colour! Punky Colour is the original semi-permanent conditioning hair color. Get outrageous color on bleached or chemically-treated hair. Create a brilliant highlight effect on darker hair. No peroxide required. How It Works: Shampoo hair and dry. Use petroleum jelly or baby oil around hairline and on ears. Use rubber gloves and apply color evenly from hair roots to ends with a tinting brush. Comb through. Leave on approximately 15-30 minutes and then rinse out. Do not use in the eye area. To do so may cause blindness. Avoid contact with skin or clothing as staining will result.
For new color, apply to clean, dry, pre-lightened hair and leave on for 20 minutes. To revive color, apply to clean, dry hair and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and shampoo followed by conditioner.
