Blonde Life powder bleach is a lightening and illuminating system specially designed for blondes and those who want to achieve up to 9 levels of lightening without sacrificing shine or hair condition. Thanks to the powerful conditioning formula, you'll avoid damaging multiple applications, reduce breakage and improve the quality of your hair.
On lengths: Mix to desired consistency (1:1 or 1:2) 1 scoop Blonde Life Lightening Powder with 1 or 2 oz Oxidizer 10 (3%), 20 (6%) or 30 (9%). On scalp: Mix (1:2) 1 scoop Blonde Life Lightening Powder with 2 oz Oxidizer. DO NOT use volumes 30 (9%) or 40 (12%) for mixtures to be applied to the scalp. Leave in for up to 60 minutes without heat, checking hair condition and desired result regularly. Rinse, then shampoo with Blonde Life Brightening and follow with Blonde Life Brightening mask.
