For use on pre-lightened hair. Mix 1 ounce of Blonder Toner with 2 ounces (1:2) of Welloxon Perfect developer at 1.94% (6vol) or 6% (20vol). Apply to towel-dried hair and leave on for up to 30 minutes, checking frequently for desired results. DO NOT USE WITH HEAT.
